Systemic Family Therapy

This book offers a historical overview of the most significant trends and models that have contributed to the consolidation of the Systemic Therapy, not only as a valuable form of explanation, but also as a set of strategies that can be taught and, subsequently, put at the service of families that require it.

The book brings together the diverse points of view of an emblematic group of authors, teachers, and researchers from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) who have studied and practised the Systemic model it describes for more than a decade.

With this compilation, Luz de Lourdes Eguiluz invites reflection, to share the value of the work in practice, with a view to being able to speak, in the not so distant future, of the theoretical construction of new models for clinical work with the national population.
